I am hypergraphic and need to write to stay focused.

Conversations move quickly, so I switched from writing to typing to keep up. However, this results in messy notes stored in my favorite markdown writer, Typora. To save time and improve organization, I started feeding my notes into ChatGPT, Notion AI, or our copilot. Within seconds, I receive accurate summaries that I can easily store and share with my team. This has significantly reduced the time I spend on synthesis and administrative tasks.

I'm considering adding a zap or feed to power automate to send the summaries to concerned parties at the end of each week. This workflow change has been a powerful improvement.
