AI & Mental Health
What AI Did to My Mental Health
Strangely enough, it made it better.
I stopped comparing myself to the smartest people around me. Because when AI entered the room, the benchmark exploded. There’s no point trying to out-think something that’s read the internet, writes faster than I type, and never gets tired.
Instead of competing, I started collaborating.
AI became leverage.
It helps me think clearer, decide faster, and move lighter.
I stopped obsessing over my to-do list.
Now I ask: What will I do now?
Linear time, intentional choices. That’s mental peace.
FOMO? Gone.
I let go of the "Fear" and kept the "Missing Out."
We will miss out. Always have.
Now we just see it more clearly—because AI shows us everything, all the time.
But that’s not a threat. It’s clarity.
So here’s where I’ve landed:
I do what I can, with what I have.
No excuses. No overwhelm.
Just action—with amplification.
AI didn’t just change my work.
It rewired my inner world for better.
