Agility in the age of AI

Last weekend, I had the absolute joy of speaking at the Regional Scrum Gathering - Bengaluru 2025 — and what a gathering it was!

I shared my thoughts on Agility, Designing for Intelligence in the AI era and business impact and the response has been humbling. The paradigm shifts I presented sparked deep thinking and even deeper conversations — exactly what I hoped for.

What stood out to me the most was not just what happened on stage, but what happened in the hallways. The impromptu conversations, curious questions, generous sharing, and sheer warmth of this community reminded me why these gatherings matter. They help us pause, reflect, and rethink not just our work — but our way of working.

I’m especially grateful for the opportunity to learn from fellow speakers whose insights continue to echo in my mind. The sessions were soul-stirring, mind-expanding 💥
