Not Superhuman but Fully Human

AI Didn’t Make Me a Superhuman. It Made Me More Human.

AI productivity is debated tooth and nail. But here’s my lived truth:

AI helps me eliminate the work around the work so I can be fully present for the work.

I don’t take notes anymore. AI does it for me—transcribes, summarizes, even answers my follow-ups. I no longer obsess over perfect English or formatting. I show up, fully engaged. Ironically, I’m dropping the bot in me because the real bot is doing its job.

Yesterday, I fed a dense deck into Gemini Pro and asked it to craft a branding comms piece for our Women in Tech initiative. In seconds, I had a solid starting point. Not perfect, but great enough to spark alignment. After a few iterations with the team, we shipped the final version the same day. What used to take days now takes minutes.

This is what real productivity feels like—not rushed, but reclaimed.

Today, I manage core council duties and design leadership with clarity and calm. I’m not jittery about logistics or documentation. I’m focused on the real work that needs human judgment, emotion, and presence.

AI lifts my productivity by 30%—not by doing everything for me, but by letting me be more me.

Not superhuman. Just fully human, finally.
