Always hiring

In a day I do many things. Among them all, hiring the right team member always gets my 300% attention.

It’s intentional, long, and hard. Add systems and processes on top, plus the ticking time bomb of open requisitions, and it’s easy to make mistakes in urgency. That’s why, in every organization, the first partnership I build is with the talent team.

In my first week here at ServiceNow, the most fulfilling partnership has been with our TA org. On day one, before even a hi or hello, I shared my long wish list as a design manager. One wish stood out: Can we always be hiring? Not just when we have headcount.

Here’s a link in the first comment where you can add your candidature without worrying about the role, stage, req etc. I’ll personally monitor it weekly. My intent is simple: to actively understand your aspirations and motivations, and be honest enough to say whether we can fulfill them or not.
