New Now Beginnings 🔥

🚀 Thrilled to announce that I'm joining ServiceNow as part of the EX Leadership team!

I'm deeply grateful to Efrat Orkin, Anand Tharanathan, Amy Lokey, ilango, Sumeet, Margaret Cyphers and Varun for their trust and belief in me throughout this journey. The leadership team's warmth and vision have been extraordinary. It feels home already.

Special thanks to my buddies Ameya and Garima who have been incredible as I onboard and learn more about everything ServiceNow. Their guidance is making this transition smoother and enjoyable.

In this role, I'll be leading the CRMI (for Salesforce friends - it is Sales + Service + Marketing + Industries Clouds) India team and India EX leadership. I am super excited about building the now brand for design fraternity and the country level impact from EX org. The onboarding was smooth and efficient. I got the laptop, bag and accessories couple of days before the joining day. It took less than 30 mins to setup the system using Imaging. The NHO (new hire orientation) covered the most important aspects like setting up the system, HR orientation, insurance and benefits enrolment, payroll, welcome message from leaders and boom we are ready 🔥 Later my onboarding buddy connected with me, gave me an office tour, showed my cabin and now I am set. That is how fast the onboarding was. Loved the efficiency and effectiveness.

ServiceNow's mission to make the world work better for everyone deeply resonates with me, and I'm excited to contribute to building, scaling, and driving meaningful impact together.
