We did it! 🥳 4.5 hours of non-stop candid conversations that left my heart swelling with gratitude. The UxNow team created a space for authentic dialogue that felt like more than just a workshop—it was a genuine exchange of lived experiences.

This wasn't just a masterclass or workshop session; we've stumbled upon a new genre: 'Conversations.' It's a format where seniors can share their mistakes, strategies, and guiding principles without the constraints of political correctness or diplomacy.

Discussing design careers, hiring practices, and industry trends requires authenticity. It's about creating a judgment-free zone where we can tackle sticky subjects head-on.

I left feeling like I'd fulfilled a duty to my community. Definitely slept soundly knowing that our conversations made a radical difference to all the participants.
