53 & Counting: The Better U Journey continues 🥳

Launching Better U hasn't been without its challenges. Just last night, banks flagged our foundation's UPI ID as suspicious 🥵 - another hurdle in a series we've faced. Despite these hurdles, we will move forward as planned.

You might wonder why? Is it even worth it?

On paper, the ROI doesn’t make any sense for the I that is put forward but I believe the impact is priceless.

This insanity, this grit, stems from a deep-seated purpose: to leave the world better than I found it. As a designer, I believe my greatest contribution lies in life design. The past 7 years have been nothing short of transformational for me, and I'm humbled to share pages from my playbook.

Better U is one such page. It's designed for intellectuals seeking excellence across multiple dimensions of life. What I've discovered isn't new - many eminent thinkers have arrived at similar universal truths. But I had to find my own path, and life design became my way of understanding these truths at a cellular level.

I've created systems to consciously improve life, much like we do for user experience projects. It works. I've used it for 7 years and could quietly continue for life. But the suffering around me - the overwhelm, anxiety, overthinking - doesn't allow for silence. I've found a way to address these issues, and even if we help just a few individuals, it's worth it.

The remarkable progress of myself, my mentees, community members, and students has only reinforced my confidence in this approach. As we enter 2025, I'm committed to initiatives that will resonate for years. Better U is just the beginning.
