Systems to measure your growth objectively
I am not a certified coach. I lack the credentials of a typical coach. This is what held me back from offering coaching to my students formally. On a hindsight, coaching and mentoring is all I have been doing all these years. My systems design and educator background helped me develop comprehensive systems and instruments that helps measuring growth objectively.
I was forced to develop this system when I started teaching because I wanted to know what kind of impact I am having on my students. Initially I developed the instruments based on first principles for measuring the teacher in me. Later my students proved me that, the systems are super useful for them.
My approach considers three key elements: mindset, skillset, and toolset.
Through analyzing over 300 students and team members, a clear pattern emerged: Those with a strong mindset progress, even with initial skill gaps. They acquire skills over time. The reverse isn't true - strong skills without a solid mindset don't lead far.
This system transcends the notion of 'hard' and 'soft' skills. All skills (meta, core and auxiliary) are essential, and all progress (learning, growth, ontology) can be measured objectively. By focusing on mindset first, we unlock potential in ways traditional approaches can't match.
This approach forms the foundation of my coaching program. I kept it long term packages purely to help members objectively assess and develop their mindset, skillset, and toolset.
If you're ready to invest in your growth and see measurable progress, circles- a coaching initiative of #pifo is available to support your journey. Last couple of spots left. We will close for the year the minute we hit 24 registrations.
