Launching Coaching Initiative by Pifo
I have been thinking about a coaching program for years now and hesitated to launch one due to time constraints. Running a 75-minute session with complete focus during an already packed week is challenging. But this hesitation was secretly undermining my contentment—I wasn't doing what I felt called to do, instead prioritizing perceived limitations. I'm done with this internal conflict. So I've decided to launch the coaching program this year.
After extensive research into how coaching programs function, I identified several structural flaws. Here's what I discovered:
Our lives aren't linear paths—we naturally ebb and flow. A coach should meet individuals where they are, with programming flexible enough to accommodate this reality. This insight led me to abandon the cohort model in favor of a more adaptable approach.
Program pricing significantly impacts how participants engage and value the experience. Appropriate pricing encourages focused participation and efficient use of time, reducing unnecessary small talk and driving straight to meaningful work.
I've found that 30 minutes is insufficient for meaningful coaching, and sometimes even 60 minutes doesn't allow for deep work. Each Circles session will be 75 minutes—providing ample space for productive working sessions and creative brainstorming, particularly valuable for designers and product professionals.
Your donation in this program contributes directly to the Make India Innovative campaign and helps build rural creative schools. In this AI-driven era, fostering creativity in younger generations is essential. Together, we can inspire innovation in children (and adults) across India.
