One Last Experiment

Originally published in Sensibowl Substack

It’s been a long pause. I felt the occasional guilt about not showing up here, but the truth is, I was deep in the trenches, learning more about the body through deliberate experiments and intimate collaborations. Health takes time. It takes attention. And it certainly doesn’t happen overnight.

In this time away, I learned more about my body - especially the complexities of a woman’s body in her late 30s and early 40s. Perimenopause, hormonal swings, metabolic slowdowns, the layered fatigue of caregiving, leadership, and ambition - it all showed up in full form. I now return with specifics, stories, and systems that I believe can help us navigate this chapter with strength and clarity.

So here’s a heartfelt proposal for a very specific crew:

If you’re an Indian woman over 35. If your BMI is above 32. If life feels like it’s on fast-forward—juggling growing kids, an expanding career, aging parents, a grumpy spouse, and not-so-available friends….

This 300 day series is for you.

My Hypothesis:

Even if you’ve neglected your body for 30+ years, you can still course-correct in 300 days. I’ve done it—five times over the last decade. And every single time, the science, the system, and the self-awareness worked. Hope is on the menu

Now, I want to do it one last time — with you.

Out in the open. In public. Through writing. Through reflection. Through real life.

Back in 2023, I ran a quiet little health cohort with 20 people in my inner circle. Fourteen of us saw real transformation. That gave me the conviction: the Sensibowl system works. It’s not magic. It’s not marketing. It’s mindset, method, and momentum.

Hundreds reached out asking when the next batch would open. And my honest answer?

Never.

Because Sensibowl was never meant to be a business. I’m a design leader, a builder of AI products, a mentor, a manager—I live in the real world of deadlines, decisions, and demands.

But Sensibowl? That was a personal pursuit. A passion project that taught me more than I could’ve imagined about the human body, especially the female body. And it feels wrong to hoard that knowledge or tuck it neatly into a book and move on.

So here’s my final experiment:

Let’s do this in public. Let’s gain health in real time. Together.

Today is Day 0.

Share this with anyone who needs it. The more the merrier.

Let’s co-create this living workbook, this living body of knowledge.

I promise to keep it real, practical, and grounded in the chaos of our everyday lives.

Let’s get started. Now.

Sensibly. Together.
