Day 3: Measure What You Can’t See

A drop of blood can reveal what’s brewing inside. Most chronic issues can be caught early. Today, book a comprehensive blood test. Most providers offer home sample collection. Results by end of the week = clarity next week.

2. Urine Routine Test
Color, pH, Protein, Sugar, Microscopic findings (RBC, WBC, Crystals)

3. Organ Function Tests
Liver: SGPT, SGOT, Bilirubin, ALP, GGT, Albumin
Kidney: Urea, Creatinine, BUN, Uric Acid, eGFR, Electrolytes
Heart: Lipid Profile, hs-CRP, Homocysteine, ApoA1/ApoB

4. Diabetes Panel
FBS, PPBS, HbA1c, Fasting Insulin

5. Hormone Profile
TSH, Free T3, Free T4

6. Vitamins & Minerals
Vitamin D3, B12, Folate, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron Panel, Zinc, Phosphorus

7. Inflammation & Autoimmunity (optional but useful)
