[Sensibowl] Getting Started

I’ve been thinking hard about how to structure this 300-day virtual journey so that it’s worth your time. In today’s attention economy, none of us have time for nonsense. I’m extremely impatient with fluff, so I want this to be useful both for you and for me.

Here’s the simple plan:

We’ll break this 300 days into 30 blocks of 10 days each. That’s easier to handle than staring at a 300-day mountain.

Each 10-day block will focus on building up on one aspect of your health progressively. It is important to know the nuances and specifics of that block. We’re not rushing. This is not a crash course. It’s a reset, a recalibration. A long game.

The first block aka the first 10 days — is all about readiness.

Most people jump into health journeys impulsively: start today, figure it out on the go. That rarely works. Health doesn’t respond to impulse. It responds to preparation and consistency.

Readiness is a mix of logic and emotion.

Some of us need to ease in, understand the why, feel safe, and build belief before we move. That’s what we’ll do in the first 10 days. If you get this part right, the rest becomes smoother.

What’s in it for you?

  • You’ll get clarity on building health in you. I will keep it concise, crisp and valuable.

  • You’ll build consistency for yourself along with your fellow health gainers - one block at a time.

  • You’ll get systems and tools that is designed intentionally for gaining health.

Every day, you’ll get 3 things (aka 3A) from me:

  1. Accountability – what I did that day and a a short log of how aligned I am with the current block. Because life happens and we misalign sometimes. Let’s keep it real.

  2. Account – My notes on that block in short form. Gyan around specifics and nuances around why (the first principles) and what(the systemic function) happens and how you can make the most of it.

  3. Action – reminds you on what is expected as action in this block and a small, doable prompt for you if you are slacking.

Small wins every day. That’s how we’ll build momentum.

Why am I doing this?

I’ve gone through five transformations in the past decade through my curiosity. I have tried many things in this period. I know how hard it is to find advice that isn’t pushing a product, a plan, or some perfect lifestyle. My simple rule when it comes to health is:

Never take health advice from someone who hasn’t been through the mess or seen the mess enough. And never take advice from someone trying to sell you something.

That ruled out most of the internet. It also helped me find a few grounded doctors, scientists and thinkers who gave generously and honestly. This 300 day Sensibowl workbook is my version of that generosity.

No pills. No potions. No subscription. Just a clear path forward, shared in real time, with full context. This is me paying it forward.

If this helps even one person get back on track, it’s worth it.

Now let’s begin with getting ready.
