[Sensibowl] Day 12

Welcome!
The theme of Block 2 is stability.

This is where your real journey begins.
Not with a fancy diet. Not with a brutal workout.
But with rhythm.

Stability is not a hack. It’s a system reset.

And like all good systems, it starts with just two levers:
Eating time and Sleeping time.

I’m not asking what you eat.
I don’t care how many calories or macros.
Just this — eat at the same time every day.

Morning: 8–9 AM
Afternoon: 1–2 PM
Evening: 6–7 PM

Pick your slot. Stick to it.

Don’t eat or drink calorie-dense stuff like tea, milk-laden coffee, juices, etc., at any other time.
If you miss a window, wait for the next.
No compensations. No make-ups.

Now, choose your sleep time — any time before midnight.
Pick it. Lock it. Live it.
Then aim for 6.5 to 7 hours of sleep, consistently.

From this day forward, you live on a clock.

Why? Because your body is a system.
It runs on rhythm, not on your to-do list.
It doesn’t understand hustle, time zones, or deadlines.
It understands consistency.
It understands stability.

By regulating just these two things — eating and sleeping time —
you reduce the invisible chaos running in the background of your biology.

This is your anchor.
No more erratic inputs.
No more metabolic mayhem.
One rhythm. Every day. For the next 290 days.

You’ll struggle — especially if you're a knowledge worker in a matrixed MNC setup.
You’ll have calls. You’ll have deliverables. You’ll have excuses.

But remember — this isn’t about perfection.
This is about the discipline of showing up at the same time,
again and again,
until it becomes second nature.

Your Tracking System

Create a WhatsApp group with yourself. Or with a buddy.
Track every day like this:

Date 8–9 AM ✅ 1–2 PM ✅ 6–7 PM ✅ No Snacks/Beverages ✅ Sleep (e.g. 10:30–6:30) ✅ 6.5–7 hrs ✅ Gold Star 🌟

Miss even one, and you lose the gold star.
At the end of Block 2, count your stars.

This is not about punishment.
It’s about pattern recognition.
It’s about accountability.
It’s about being honest with yourself.

This is Block 2.
