New Avatar, New Rules

I’m loving this new rhythm.

With a small but intentional change, everything that’s not AI, Product & Design, or Leadership now lives peacefully on my blog. That includes personal reflections, life design experiments, health notes, and everything in between. LinkedIn stays focused on the professional front. This simple act of segregation gave me clarity and preserved my sanity.

I no longer feel guilty about posting four things in a day or nothing for an entire week. I don’t worry about showing up too much in people’s feeds or diluting my voice. Now I show up with intent. Clear, anchored, and consistent.

This tweak helped me think better, do better, and be better.

Because it is not just about what you want to give. It is about who you are giving it to. That choice brings with it the responsibility of how and where it is shared.

Quietly, I’ve written and published 10 pieces in the past 10 days. Only half of them made it to LinkedIn. And that brings me joy. Not everything needs to be visible. Some things just need a home.

This phase is also a dry run. I’m preparing myself for something bigger and something more grounded.

August marks the formal beginning of Project Phoenix Season 4. A fresh start. A redesigned life. A new identity that rises from everything I have been and everything I am becoming. This month, July, is my sandbox — a place to test, reset, and realign before I step into the full rhythm of PS4.

The through-line is becoming clearer with every passing day:
New avatar. New life. Project Phoenix Season 4.

LinkedIn is where the professional chapters live.
The blog is where the personal story unfolds.

Even this reflection belongs here - on the blog - quietly recorded for the self, not the spotlight.

Simple segregation.
Profound clarity.
Steady rhythm.
And an unfolding life.
