A good learning portfolio shows a learners mindset, humility and variety.
Here is a simple math I use on freshers or lateral entries. If you have been passionate about the subject for 2 years and even if you dedicated 1 hour a day, that makes it 600 hours.
Showing 600 hours of passion is far more credible than saying you are passionate about something. I recently came across Jibin’s experiment and it was heartwarming to see a designer caring about real insights. Nothing like gaining empathy and emotional relevance on the ground with real users.
