Mentorship is scary, yet it is also a profoundly rewarding one. My heart is filled with warmth whenever I have the opportunity to spend quality time with young designers. At Salesforce, I am fortunate to regularly meet with my mentor circle and discuss the most pressing questions on their minds. I know the mentorship is valuable when my circle sends me a steady stream of inquiries, and I diligently answer them one by one, every day. This labor of love is something I cherish.
