Just Start

The fatigue of choosing is real.

You spend hours scrolling—what to watch, what to learn, what to eat. And somehow, the more options you have, the harder it gets. You end up exhausted… before you even begin.

In a world overflowing with choices, indecision is a silent thief. It looks harmless—just a little more research, a few more tabs—but it drains time, energy, and momentum. It keeps you in the rocking chair: moving, but going nowhere.

What we forget is that motion matters more than precision.

Read any book. Watch any course. Eat anything decent. The first step doesn’t need to be perfect—it just needs to happen. You always have the freedom to switch later. But nothing changes until you start.

Even AI understands this. You ask a question—it gives you an answer. No existential dread. No “what if I’m wrong?” Just action, with a small disclaimer: “This might not be right.”

And guess what? That’s okay.

So if you’re fasting, don’t stress over 14 or 24 hours. If you’re reading, don’t agonize over gut health or business strategy. If you’re walking, it doesn’t matter if it’s indoors or out.

The goal isn’t perfection. The goal is momentum.

Because one thing leads to another. And eventually, you’ll find yourself where you were meant to be—not because you figured it all out, but because you moved.
